Outdoor Summer Yoga Class

Join us on the following days this summer for Free Outdoor Yoga at the Golden Circle, west side of the building. July 29, Aug. 5, 12. The class is from 11 am – 12 noon. Please bring your mat, towel and water bottle. No props are provided. If the weather is unfavourable the morning of the class you can call the Golden Circle to see if it will be running or not.
