Yard care workers needed for low income seniors
Do you enjoy working for seniors? Are you pleasant, punctual, and meticulous about yard care? Are you willing to work for lower income seniors?
The Golden Circle is looking for part-time Brokered yard care workers to mow lawns, and do general fall yard cleanup, weeding, trimming hedges, etc. for our senior and disabled clients.
Wages:
- Reimbursement for most regular lawn mowing is $17.50/hr with a one-hour minimum charge.
- Larger jobs are to be negotiated with the clients.
- The clients will pay you directly.
This is a part-time, seasonal opportunity, and is dependent on the number of calls we receive from our clients. You are paid directly from the seniors you work for, NOT the Golden Circle.
What you need to apply:
- You can come to the office to pick up a Home Maintenance Worker Application form.
- Submit your resume, along with three references, one of whom must be or has been your immediate supervisor or boss.
- You need to have a reliable vehicle, and some of your own lawn and garden tools, including a working lawnmower, as some of our clients do not have yard care equipment.
